Potential Generation –

  • Retail – Renovation / Remodeling Homes
  • Retail – New Construction Homes

Lead Nurturing –

  • Ensure walk-ins at showroom via all identified lead sources.
  • Ensure on-time follow-up of all leads resulting into potentials.

Team Development –

  • Recruit A-player Executives for BD team.
  • Ensure the team delivers the defined targets on a Quarterly basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Business Development

  • Pre-sales
  • Experience of similar product/services to target customer base.
    Modular Kitchen experience would be an added advantage.
  • Dealt with HNI & Premium Clients.
  • Excellent Public Relation skills,
  • Excellent Presentation skills,

  • Planning & Organizational Skills
  • Team building skills
  • Flexible / Adaptable
  • Technology-Savvy
  • Ability to relate to Creative people
  • Language Fluency – English, Hindi & Marathi
  • Pune based / Aware of entire geography
  • Below 32 yrs prefered
